“The miracle is this: The more we share, the more we have.” – Leonard Nimoy

Here at PixelPartners, we not only strive for camaraderie with the Davao graphic designers circle, we aspire for kinship with the greater community as well. A few months ago, a chance encounter in a local coffeeshop introduced us to a group of Germans operating an orphanage in Panabo. Their volunteer work impressed us greatly and we knew that by helping their cause, in our own little way, we are giving back to the children of our adopted city.

Started in 2012, the MARIPHIL Children’s Village “Atung Pinuy Anan” is a joint project of the MARIPHIL foundation, the local government of Panabo City, and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. It aims to provide a secure haven for orphaned, abandoned, and abused children by providing them with the basic necessities of shelter, food, healthcare, guidance, and affection. In fostering an environment that is fun and educational, the children are kept off the streets, integrated into the local school system, and given a shot at a better life.

PixelPartners supports the MARIPHIL Children’s Village. We look forward not only to providing them with their graphic design and imaging needs, but in other areas of assistance as well.
